Appointment of Bude Safety Consultancy as the ‘Competent Person’
Regulation 7 of Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 requires employers to appoint one or more ‘competent persons’ to assist him/her in undertaking the measures he/she needs to take to comply with the relevant statutory provisions.
24-hour Access to Health and Safety Consultancy

Liaison with Enforcing Authorities
Bude Safety Consultancy will liaise with the Enforcing Authorities in the event of an Enforcement Notice being served or possible prosecution. Our Consultants will provide advice as far as reasonably possible and will appear as an expert witness in court, with/or on behalf of the client, if necessary.
